We do offer substantial discounts for quantity purchases (sometimes as few as 2), as well as for bundled systems. For example, a Pioneer DVR-S201 DVD recorder by itself is sold at retail price, but you can save a lot if you add a Zapex encoder and/or DVDMotion authoring software.

If you shop around on the Internet you can probably find it cheaper, but it is unlikely that you'll find better support. Most of the items we resell are those that we already use in-house for our own clients and our production services.

For BCD Products, we generally sell at list price to end-users. If our dealers want to provide discounts, that's up to them, and we'll be glad to refer you to a knowledgable specialist.

Then call and tell us about your project. Each job is different - some cost more and some cost less. You'll never know until you ask.

Returning an Item: It happens, but we try to make it as easy as possible. During the first 30 days, return the item and receive a full refund less a 10% restocking charge.
