like DVD development and premastering call and tell us about your project. Each job is different - some cost more and some cost less. You'll never know until you ask.
Custom Projects
On request, we design and build custom microprocessor-based controllers and interfaces, as well as pushbutton panels and enclosures. In most cases, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due on delivery. This is especially true for large quantity orders.

Warranty & Repairs:
BCD Products are warranted for parts and labor for one year from the date of purchase. Products from other manufacturers carry their warranties. See our BCD Warranty Page for complete details.
Returning an Item:
If it's defective, we'll repair or replace it. (That's unlikely because one aerospace contractor tested our systems and determined an average 86,000 hours before failure!) But if you must return an item, for any reason, we try to make it as easy as possible. During the first 7 days, return the item and receive a full refund less freight. BCD will accept returns of operational units for the first 30 days, less a 15% restocking fee and freight.
Evaluation Units:
BCD does not offer free evaluation units. If you need to try one first, buy it under our "Evaluation Purchase Plan". Specify "Evaluation Purchase" on your fax or email order, pay with a credit card, keep it for 30 days. If you like it, (and we know you will) keep it. If you must return it, call for an RMA#. We will credit your credit card (less freight) after we receive and inspect the unit.
