Power-Up:"MODE 1" command gives "00"(Stop) when boot procedure is complete.
Power-Up Recommended programming technique:
Loop and send CRLF until ">" prompt is returned.
(several ">" may come back all at once)
Loop with "MODE 1" until "00" (no quotes) is returned.
Now it is ready to accept commands.
