USB Virtual Com Port (VCP) Driver for the DVD-1150. Use Windows Hyperterminal to control the DVD-1150 through your USB port. Windows assigns a 'Virtual' serial port. This executable is for Windows 2000, XP32/64, Vista32/64. MacOS & Linux drivers are available at the FTDI site http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
FlashMagic is the tool from http://esacademy.com that we use for uploading new
firmware to the VC-16b, the TC-100b, and the controller section of the
DVD-1150. This is a Windows application that requires installation on
your computer and requires an RS-232 serial port.

Old. Slow. Reliable but Obsolete.
D00930D is our default, reliable firmware for the DVD-1150.
Customer complaints, however, are that it is very slow to respond.
This version has been superceded, but it's virtue is that it is compatible with the first (and only) version of the Crestron Module.
